December: It’s a Wrap! 🎄

Happy December!
Greetings from the rainy, blustery Pacific Northwest. A few days ago we wrapped up this year's Celtic Christmas tour and also our final shows of 2025. With stops in Portland, Edmonds and Sandpoint, these concerts were so enjoyable this year - it really feels like the holidays kicked off to a warm and festive start and we loved getting to play music from our Christmas albums, hear you all singing along, and enjoy the dancing talents of our special guests! We made wrap-up videos for each of the stops, which you can check out on YouTube here: PortlandEdmonds and Sandpoint

It's difficult to describe what a big year this was! From New Horizons being featured in the Rose Parade in January to our first String Break Cruise in February, a brand new album, "Moment in Time," recorded and released in October, an amazing tour of Japan in September in addition to all of the fabulous shows here at home, we are so grateful for every moment. Thank you all for everything, and we are already looking forward to seeing what's in store for 2026!

Even though the shows are all done for this year, there are still some fun new updates to share with you in this newsletter, including a new podcast interview Greta did for the new album, "Moment in Time," a bunch of new Spring tour dates and more.

But first, photos from the Christmas Tour:

The Latest News and Updates

1. Interview: Moment in Time on the Irish and Celtic Music Podcast
Marc Gunn's The Irish and Celtic Music Podcast has long been a friend to the band, but despite hosting an epsiode once, we've never done an interview on the podcast! But with the release of Moment in Time, Greta sat down to talk with Marc about the creative process, the inspiration behind the album, the history of the band and more. Hope you enjoy these insights into the new music!

3. Spring Tour Dates! 🍃

It's getting towards that part of the year where Winter hasn't even fully begun yet but it's starting to be sort of nice to dream about Spring... in fact, at the moment our "Hobbit Spring" playlist is actually getting more listeners per day than the "Hobbit Christmas" one, haha! All that to say, it's not too early to be thinking ahead to Spring. And concerts:

As I said to all the wonderful people who came out to the concerts last week: thank you so much for being here. I hope that your Christmas and holiday season is both festive and restful, and full of good music and holiday cheer - and that the snow only comes when it is convenient for you. That's my Christmas wish for all of you!

Thank you for everything and we'll see you down the road,

Greta, Willow and Solana
